As an equipment manufacturer of the third phase and fourth phase of the Chengdu Emergency Communication Network, Eastcom has built a new carrier-class super-capacity exchange center with 1+1 remote disaster recovery backup, more than 260 base stations (including replacing 58 MOTOROLA TETRA base stations in Phase I and Phase II) and more than 10 repeaters for the Chengdu Emergency Communication Network. The exchange center equipment includes the IMSC, Ethernet switch, core router, and network management, PDC server, network recording system, GIS visualized command and dispatch system, SMS center, interconnection gateway, etc. The active and standby configurations of the key modules of the exchange center and the base station support automatic and seamless switching without affecting services. The key base station is configured with dual transmission links, so the networking is more reliable. At the same time, according to the needs of users, Eastcom creatively proposed the TETRA intelligent Internet gateway technology to realize the interconnection and user roaming between the new TETRA system and the Motorola system during the coexistence of the two networks.Although the Chengdu Emergency Communication Network basically meets the needs of users for daily command and dispatching and emergent communication, and improves work efficiency, the corresponding command and dispatching application is still not perfect and lacking broadband data application capability, and the integration of private network and public network application is not tight enough, which limits the function expansion of the emergency network to a certain extent. Based on the above requirements, Eastcom built a new public network trunked intercom system in the fourth phase of Chengdu Emergency Communication Network, realized system-level wired interconnection with the established TETRA private network digital trunked system, complemented the TETRA private network service by using the extensive coverage and broadband data capabilities of the LTE public network, and built a set of secure, reliable, manageable, and powerful broad band and narrow band-integrated, and public and private networks- integrated command and dispatching system.
